Welcome to Specialized Charters©, West Central Florida's premier inshore and nearshore fishing guide service! We currently provide full-service guided fishing charters from Homossassa to Boca Grande, Florida and call the waters of the greater Tampa Bay area our home waters. Targeted species include Redfish, Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Tarpon, Cobia, Kingfish, Shark, Permit, Tripletail and others. We offer fishing charters that are custom-tailored to the client down to the very last detail. Our range includes hardcore fishing trips to fun and relaxing family outings with the emphasis on "fun and relaxing." First time clients are given a proper pre-trip orientation to ensure that the entire day is exactly what YOU want or need. Capt. Steve loves to teach almost as much as he loves to catch fish so we welcome beginners and the kids.
Safety, comfort and quality are always front of mind. We are fully U.S. Coast Guard licensed. Only the very best tackle, gear, artificial and live bait are provided to our clientele. We carry a full suite of marine GPS electronics and ship-to-shore communications equipment ensuring your safety and well being. All charters are aboard a 2008 Sabalo 23' custom boat which is fully rigged with all the latest gear. The 23 Sabalo Custom is an unsinkable, foam filled boat that is handmade locally in the Tampa Bay area. The Sabalo provides a comfortable, dry and stable ride even in the worst conditions. Most of our charters are in water shallow enough that you can stand in. Shallower water means land in sight and no chance of seasickness.
We provide only Shimano® reels and Ultra-premium rods.
